Her focus is on maximising potential through self awareness, emotional intelligence, positive psychology and coaching. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is bound by the ICF Code of Ethics.

- 8 coaching sessions (4 x fortnightly) combined with self assessments, 180 degree and 360 degree assessments, with between coaching session activities.
Goal Setting (long and short term) – kick start your year and turn your dreams into goals, plans and reality
- 4 coaching sessions (fortnightly), plus goal map workbook, plus 2 x review coaching sessions at 6 months and 12 months.
